Search Users

Enter at least 2 characters to search. Admin accounts are excluded from results.

How It Works

  1. Search for a user by their name or email address
  2. Click "View as" to start a support session
  3. You'll be viewing the platform exactly as they see it
  4. The session expires after 10 minutes for security
  5. To return to your account, log out and log back in
